Delivery and Return Policy
At Elvaans, we are dedicated to ensuring you have a delightful shopping experience with us. Our standard delivery
time is 3-10 working days, although we strive to expedite orders whenever possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with
your purchase, please inform us, and we will endeavour to resolve any concerns promptly.

Exchanges and Return
- Defective Items: Items cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective. In such cases, Elvaans will issue full refund in the form of store credit, which can be utilized for future online purchases.
- Exchange Policy: You may request a one-time exchange on any item purchased from Elvaans within a days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the invoice. Exchanges can only be made for the same product.
- Wrongful Delivery; For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been incorrectly delivered in terms of size, color, or silhouette, the customer has the right to request an exchange
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in cases of defect where a refund will be processed
- All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by Elvaans at the customer’s expense
- If your product is defective, please fill out the 'Defective Item’ form when processing your return or exchange, and include photos of the defects if possible. This will help us conduct a quality inspection to expedite your request.
International Order
- All international orders are shipped via DHL Express
- Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns and exchanges for international orders. however, if items are defective, you may request an exchange or receive store credit for a future purchase from Elvaans
- International customers are not required to send the product back to Elvaans when processing a return or exchange.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled any time before they are processed or confirmed by our customer support team
- Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information
- Elvaans reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or declined payments by your authorized financial institution
- If an online payment was made and the order is canceled, the customer will receive store credit or a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. Refunds may take 3-10 days to reflect in your monthly credit card statement.
